1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit careerthrill.com, download our free resources, or buy our digital products. Career Thrill is operated by Rajesh Ganesh Jha, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Contact: contact@careerthrill.com.

By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy our products. You must be 18 or older to buy.

2. What we sell

We sell digital downloads only. Nothing is shipped.

The product pages describe what each product contains. Please read them before you buy.

3. Educational content only

Educational content. Results vary. No guarantees.

Our products and posts are for learning. They are not professional, legal, financial or career advice. We do not promise or guarantee that you will get a job, an interview, a reply to an email, a pay rise or any other result. What happens depends on your own situation, your effort and many things outside our control.

The email templates and trackers are examples. You are responsible for what you send, for following the laws that apply to your emails, and for any rules your current or future employer sets.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and are shown on the product page at the time you buy.
• A launch or discounted price may change or end without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you complete your purchase.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (currently Instamojo), and their terms and privacy policy also apply. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
• If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Delivery and refunds

After a successful payment, you receive a download link, as explained in our Delivery Policy. Because digital files cannot be returned, purchases are generally not refundable, except in the cases listed in our Refund Policy.

6. Your licence to use our products

When you buy a product or download a free resource, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning and your own job search or work.

You may:

• Use the files on your own devices and keep a backup copy
• Edit the templates and trackers and use them for your own emails and records
• Print pages for your own use

You may not:

• Copy, share, sell, rent, lend or give the files or download links to anyone else
• Upload the files, or large parts of them, to a website, group, store or file-sharing service
• Use them to create or sell your own course, ebook, template pack or similar product
• Remove our name, copyright notices or branding

If we find that a file is being shared or sold without permission, we may take action to have it removed.

7. Software and trademarks

Career Thrill is an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Microsoft or Google. Microsoft, Excel and Microsoft 365 are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Google Sheets is a product of Google.

Our Excel steps are written for Microsoft 365 on Windows. Menus, features and keyboard shortcuts can differ in other versions, on a Mac and in other apps, and software changes over time. You are responsible for checking that you have software that can open and use our files.

8. Intellectual property

The ebook, templates, trackers, playbooks, text, images, logo and design on this site belong to Career Thrill and are protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of it to you. You may link to our pages. If you quote a short excerpt, please credit Career Thrill and link back to the source.

9. Using the website

Please use the site lawfully and fairly. Do not try to break into or disrupt it, collect data from it by automated means, upload anything harmful, or use it to mislead or harm others.

10. Newsletter and free resources

If you sign up for the free sample or the newsletter, we send emails only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

11. Accuracy and updates

We take care to keep our content accurate and useful, but mistakes can happen and software and laws change. We may correct, update or improve our products and pages from time to time. We cannot promise that every product will suit your needs.

12. No warranties

To the extent allowed by law, our site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any promise that they will be error-free, always available or suitable for a particular purpose.

13. Limit of our liability

To the extent allowed by law, Career Thrill is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, including lost income, lost job opportunities or lost data, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded.

14. Links to other sites

Our site links to other places, such as Instagram and our payment pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest update. If you buy a product, the terms in force at the time of purchase apply to that purchase. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first at contact@careerthrill.com so we can try to resolve any problem. If it cannot be resolved, the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, have jurisdiction.
