Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

All Career Thrill products are digital downloads. We do not ship anything, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses. You receive your files online, straight after payment.

This policy should be read with our Terms and Refund Policy.

1. You complete your payment on our payment provider's secure page.
2. After a successful payment, a confirmation page shows your download link.
3. The same link is emailed to the email address you entered at checkout.
4. Click the link and save the files to your device.

4. How long it takes

Delivery is usually immediate. If you have not received your files within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please follow the steps below.

5. What you need to open the files

• PDF files: any PDF reader, on a phone, tablet or computer
• Email Writer (.html): any modern web browser, such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. Open the file by double-clicking it
• Excel files (.xlsx): Microsoft Excel or a compatible app. The Cold Email tracker is also designed to work in Google Sheets
• The Excel ebook is written for Microsoft 365 on Windows. Most of it also works in Excel 2021 and 2024, but some functions are not available in Excel 2019 or older

The practice files are easiest to use on a computer, even though the PDFs read well on a phone.

6. If you have not received your files

1. Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from our payment provider or from us.
2. Check the email address you entered. The link goes to that address.
3. Wait a few minutes in case of a delay, and check that your payment actually went through.
4. Email us at contact@careerthrill.com with the subject line “Delivery help”. Include the email address you used, the product name, the date and your payment reference.

We will check your payment and send the files again. We aim to reply within 48 hours.

7. Wrong email address

If you typed your email address wrongly at checkout, write to us with your payment details. Once we have checked the payment, we can send the files to the correct address.

8. Keep your files safe

Please download your files soon after buying and keep a backup copy. Download links can expire or be limited by the payment platform. If yours stops working, email us and we will send it again, after checking your purchase.
